You not only deserve amazing images from your wedding, you also deserve an amazing experience as well. Providing you with resources and information to help your day run smoothly and to ensure you get the images you’re dreaming of is just one of the ways I ensure you have the experience you deserve.
Here are my top three wedding day tips to prepare you for your wedding day!
The Jessica Fredericks Wedding Experience provides tangible works of art that become family heirlooms from the day you say I do to the absolute love of your life.
As I am creating beautiful images of your love story, I connect with my couples in a way that makes them comfortable in front of my camera and offer directions that keep couples moving, laughing and loving so that every images comes together effortlessly.
In order to ensure my couples get the best possible images, I provide clear communication and assistance from engagement session styling to wedding planning support.
#1 ASK YOUR OFFICIANT TO MOVE TO THE SIDE AFTER THEY SAY “YOU MAY KISS THE BRIDE”
AND! Be sure to hold your kiss for at least 3 seconds!! While I can almost always anticipate when your officiant is about to announce you as married there are times where it comes as a surprise so to ensure I capture THE kiss (with your officiant out of the way) remember to hold that kiss for a few extra happy seconds!
#2 PRACTICE TIES, BOWTIES & BUSTLES!
Make sure you practice tying your ties and bow-ties before your wedding day. If you don’t do it often, learning on your wedding day can be stressful and take away from your photography time with your partner!
At your last fitting bring someone to learn with you AND take a video of how to bustle your dress. This will save you a ton of time trying to figure it out while you’re anxious to get to the party.
#3 ASK YOUR FLORIST TO LEAVE SOME LOOSE FLORALS FOR YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER TO STYLE WITH YOUR DETAILS
It ensure your details are all tied together and adds beautiful dimension to your detail images.
