I occasionally get asked what it means when I say I am a lifestyle photographer so I thought I could explain what it means to me and why I love it so much!

The Shaw family came to visit Florida and enjoy the beach! They were smart to come in the fall as it wasn’t quite as hot or humid as it was this summer. I was so happy to meet this family and fulfill my dream of being a Flytographer. What’s better than capturing people on vacation? Except, of course, if I was on vacation with you!

I had so much fun capturing the ernst family at fort de soto beach! stephanie and aj are the kindest, sweetest and most adoring parents you have ever met and their babe, eden, is a courageous and determined one. they all braved one of the cold florida days and some painful stickers for some off-roading and they didn’t laugh at me (to my face) when i literally split my jeans crawling around with eden. capturing babies is a sport, you guys!

the newman family. kelsey asked me almost 8 years ago to take their engagement photos after i had taken my first photography class and it was then i fell in love with being behind the camera and taking portraits of people. i remember staying up all night after she asked, googling tips and tricks and advice for taking engagement photos. since then, i have refined what works for me and look forward to continuing to grow as an artist. i am forever thankful that the newmans continue to support my journey and allow me into their most important moments.
